It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Deborah Foeman (Burlington, North Carolina), who passed away on August 16, 2025, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lillie Mae Ratliff Gattis and Wallace Isley Jr.; and her siblings, Sharon Gattis Love and Master Billy Wayne Ratliff. She is survived by: her siblings, James Donnell Ratliff, Terrie Gattis Daye (Willie), Antonio "Mill House" Gattis, Michael Dean Gattis, John Kent Gattis, Bryant O'Neal Gattis (Jamie) and William "The Baby" Eric Gattis (Donna); her sons, Brandon Jamal Foeman (Rosie) and Blake Ramon Foeman (Kate); and her granddaughters, Brianna Frankie Foeman, Isabella Ayani Foeman, Bianca Faith Foeman and Ava Patricia Foeman.
