He was predeceased by: his father Charlie Junior Abney; and his wife Temeshia Dawkins Abney. He is survived by: his mother Linda Turner Abney of Greensboro; his daughters, Jazmyne Abney of Charlotte, NC and Krystian Abney of Charlotte, NC; and his sister Kimberly Abney.
Viewing will be held on Thursday, October 29th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Sharpe Funeral Home (520 Rosenwald St, Burlington, NC 27217). Visitation will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
