He was predeceased by: his father William Brown. He is survived by: his mother Gwendolyn Pettiford (Terry) of Gibsonville, NC; and his siblings, Rev. Toma Shaw (Misty) of Burlington, NC, Paul Brown of Burlington, NC, Brittany and Whitney Brown. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Blackwell Funeral Home (1292 Rauhut St, Burlington, NC 27217). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 at 1:30 PM and at 2:00 PM at the Woods Chapel AME Church (3203 Woods Chapel Rd, Graham, NC 27253).
