She is survived by: her children, Wesley, Angela and Shannon; and her siblings, Dale Blaylock Perry (late Ricky Perry), Jamie Blaylock (Kimmie Blaylock) and Michael Blaylock. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and many devoted friends.
