He is survived by: his mother Betty Allen Dixon; his sister Deanne Ursery (Scott); his nieces, Brianna Spear and Jennifer Ockenhouse; his great-nephew Tristan Spear; and his great-nieces, Emma Spear, Sadie Staples and Syréa Staples.
