She was predeceased by: her husband Bill Rasberry; her parents, Walter Spurrier and Naomi Spurrier; and her sister Betty Lee Kinzy. She is survived by: her daughter Barbara Rasberry Lehman (Wade); her grandchildren, Walter Lehman (April) and Lindsay Jenkins (Sam); and her great grandchildren, Nathan Lehman, Owyn Lehman and Aria Jenkins.
A graveside service was held on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Evergreen Memorial (5971 Dudley Rd, Grifton, NC 28530). Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Grifton United Methodist Church (437 McCrae St, Grifton, NC 28530). A memorial service was held on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be given to Grifton United Methodist Church, PO Box 416, Grifton, NC. 28530 or to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
