He is survived by: his wife Delores Neely Qualls; his daughter Sherry Dekker (John); his grandson Dylan Dekker (Kathryn); his sister Becky Holt (Robert); his nephews, Scott Allison (Debbie) and John Qualls (Trina); his niece Diane Rahimtoola (Sharif); and his great-nieces, Becca Rose Rahimtoola and Kayden Qualls.
