He is survived by: his wife Delores Neely Qualls; his daughter Sherry Dekker (John); his grandson Dylan Dekker (Kathryn); his sister Becky Holt (Robert); his sibling's children, Scott Allison (Debbie), Diane Rahimtoola (Sharif) and John Qualls (Trina); and his great-nieces, Becca Rose Rahimtoola and Kayden Qualls.
