She was predeceased by : her parents, Marcelia Ingle Payne and William Ollie Payne; and her brothers, William Ralph Payne (Faye), Richard Calvin Payne (Bernice) and James Franklin Payne (Dawn).
She is survived by : her children, Carol Francine Conklin, Phyllis Marie Conklin, Michael Lloyd Conklin (Mike) and Rebecca Conklin Wagoner (Becky); her grandchildren, Brandon Conklin (Katie), Gretchen Conklin Trinidad (Alvaro), Jordan Conklin (Jenny), Ingle Wagoner and Ian Wagoner; and her brother Raymond Eugene Payne (Shannon). She is also survived by eleven great grandchildren.
