He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lewis Edward Miles and Roxie Torain-Miles; his sons, Danny N. Miles and Irvin E. Miles of Burlington, NC.; his sisters, Marie Miles-Willis and Sylvia Miles-Ervin; his grandchildren, Jonathan L. Miles (Shannon) and J'Lisa D. Miles; and his brothers, William Preston Miles (Mae), Kennis Miles (Jack) and Lewis Miles Jr. (Baby June).
