She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry McCullough and Sadie Bell Crabtree McCullough; her brothers, James McCullough and Joel McCullough; and her son-in-law David Garner.
She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Lee Shambley; her daughters, Angie Garner and Tammy Harris (Eddie Harris); her grandchildren, Victora Garner, Christina Garner, Bruce Hatch, Erika Long (Zach Long) and Elisa Pedro (Douglas Pedro); and her great grandchildren, Nashawn Horton, Trenton Horton, Nia Horton, Areehah Songster, Junior Songster and Amir Songster.
