He was predeceased by: his father Ernest "E. H." Richmond. He is survived by: his son J. R.; his wife Wanda R. Richmond; his sons, Ernest C. Richmond, Jr. (Michelle Gunter) of Raleigh and Anthony R. Richmond (Latisha Enoch) of Mebane; his stepdaughter Janiesse Brown of Charlotte; and his siblings, Harry T. Richmond (Grace Jones) of Mebane, Michael B. Richmond (Cynthia) of Green Level and Rosemary Richmond (Eric Bratcher Sr.) of High Point. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, and a host of relatives, family and friends.
