She was predeceased by: her parents, John Pinnix and Jennie Graves Pinnix; her husband Sammie Harris; her son Thomas "Tommy" Harris; and her siblings, John Junior Pinnix, Albert "Big Boy" Pinnix, Eva Bigelow, Daisy Sellars, Lizzie Sellars, Addie Mae Sellars and Lillie Jo Sellars.
She is survived by: her children, Rev Samuel J. Harris (Julia) of Burlington, NC, William Harris (Barbara Jean) of Burlington, NC, Addie Harris Rone of Burlington, NC, Linda Catherine Harris Rone of Burlington, NC, Ernestine Harris Herbin of Burlington, NC and Betty Harris McCain (James) of Caswell County, NC. She is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends.
