It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Florence Junda in Burlington, North Carolina, born in Clifton, New Jersey, who passed away on January 12, 2023, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Peter Junda; her son-in-law Joseph Hutnik; and her brother George Makara. She is survived by: her daughters, Kathy, Susan Ann Junda, Mary Ellen Junda-Hutnik of West Haven, CT and Katherine Eve Rodriguez (Raymond) of Burlington, NC; her grandchildren, Jason Fernandez, Jamie Field, Nikolas Hutnik (McKenzie), Aaron Rodriguez (Catherine) and Amy Rodriguez; and her great grandchildren, Jade Field, Jeryn Field and Kenton Fernandez.
