It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Lynch Bailey of Burlington, North Carolina, born in Alamance, North Carolina, who passed away on September 11, 2020, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, David F. Lynch and Helen Pass Lynch Wagoner; and her brother Jimmy Lynch. She is survived by: her spouse F. J. "Jim" Bailey; her children, Christopher James Bailey of Burlington and Chandra Bailey Tippett (Scott) of Oak Ridge; her grandchildren, Mckenzie Tippett, Kenan Tippett and Cameron Tippett; her brothers, Larry Lynch (Linda), Danny Lynch (Kathy) and Michael Lynch; and her sister-in-law MaryAnn Lynch.
