Frances Ray Reed Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 23, 2023, at the age of 90, Frances Ray Reed of Burlington, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Durham and Ivan Wiseman Ray of Haw River; her husband Don; and her brothers, Jimmie R Ray and Donald Burton Ray "Corky".
She is survived by: her daughters, Suzanne Smith (Garrick) and Catherine Stewart (Gene); her grandchildren, Lauren Jones (Chris), Rebecca Cummings (Hayes), Sarah McHugh (Will), Logan Stewart (Hollie) and Jacob Stewart (Gabi); her great grandchildren, Hudson Jones, Graham Jones, Stella Cummings, Fletcher Stewart and Wylder Stewart; and her sister-in-law Arlene S Ray.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to First Presbyterian Women or the Alzheimer's Foundation.
