He was predeceased by: his father Levi Paquette; his granddaughter Sarah Lynn Simons McCoy; and his siblings, Paul Crouch, Harold Crouch, Carol Wilkins and Nancy Herrington.
He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Simons; his children, Jerome Simons (Jamie), James Simons (Simone), Bonnie Rigsbee (Jerry) and Robin Bauer (Don); and his sister Thelma Schroeder. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren.
