He is survived by: his family, Burlington, Frank, Glen Raven Mills and Cortina Fabrics; his wife Ruth Day Richmond; his children, Tressa Richmond, Cortrina Allison (Marcus) and Frank Richmond, Jr.; his grandchildren, Veronica Mobley (Brian), Tavon Richmond, Quintella Wright, Kendall Richmond, Justin Richmond, Nazaray Richmond, JaMarion Richmond and J'Leigha Allison; his great grandchildren, Nyzya, Mackenzie, Zcarai, Brian, Jr., Kennedy, Laliah and Carelle; and his sisters, Ruth Mae Rogers and Diane Mack (Marvin). He is also survived by his children, grandchildren and even his great-grandchildren.
