He is survived by: his daughter Freisha Maxwell of Greensboro; his grandson Jahari Roberts; his sisters, Georgia Gerald (Willie) of Durham and Dorothy Jennings Harrison (George) of Gibsonville; and his nieces and nephews, Cheryl Gonzales, Kay Jennings, Beverly Jennings, Tracey Jennings, Dara Leath, Tammi Jennings, Lyndon Jennings, Willie "Tiny" Jennings and Martin Jennings. He is also survived by extended family members, friends.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the Blackwell Funeral Home (1292 Rauhut St, Burlington, NC 27217).
