She was predeceased by: her parents, R. Vastine Brown and Naomi McCulloch Brown; her husband Vance Merriman Isley Sr.; her son-in-law Lee Westmoreland; and her sister Nance Phipps.
She is survived by: her daughters, Brenda Isley Holt (Blake) and Janet Westmoreland; her grandchildren, Vance Isley Jr., Ethan Holt (Carina), Josh Holt (Susan), Courtney Westmoreland, Janna Shoffner and Lauren Isley; her great grandchildren, Nash, Kyle, Faith, Abygail, Levi, Declan and Eve; and her sisters, Merle Reed and Faye Wall.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of Alamance - Caswell in honor and memory of Georgie.
