She was predeceased by: her parents, Collin Monroe Torain and Cora Etta Smith Torain; her daughter Tenisha Miles Hester; her son-in-law Eric Hester; and her siblings, Archie Torain, Lewis Torain, Richard Torain, James Torain, Walter Torain, June Smith, Will Smith, Mozell Fuller and Cora Allen.
She is survived by: her husband Clay Timothy Miles; her son Derrick Torain (Deneen); her grandchildren, Trent Torain, Collin Torain, Tenerica Hester and Joshua Hester; and her brother Wesley Torain (Dollie). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and dear friends.
