He was predeceased by: his parents, Linda Lowe and Charlie Howard; and his grandmother Mable Lowe. He is survived by: his children, Tansey, Daron and Melanie; his uncle Jerry Lowe; and his sister Pamela Moses-Ellison. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles and friends.
