He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Taylor and Agnes Saunders Taylor; his son Kevelin Thomas; and his brother Gerard Stewart Taylor. He is survived by: his wife Veatrice Thomas Taylor; his sons, Glen J. Taylor (LaTrena) of Gainesville and Eric Thomas (Quania) of Tennessee; and his cousin Renee Taylor. He is also survived by Five Grandchildren; One Great grandchild; and a host of relatives and friends.
