She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Elisha Lyndon Simmons and Martha Susan Rice Simmons; her siblings, Roy, Otis, Porter, Luther, Ben, Robert, Clyde, Felix, Leonard, Augrum, Warren, Eunice, Daisy, Pearl, Gladys, Frances and Lessie; her husband Alfred Greene Shambley Jr.; her children, Nancy Bolton (Phil), Eddie Shambley (Judy) and Amy Zachary (Jerry); her grandchildren, Tiffany Fort (Raymond Fort), Phillip Bolton Jr. (Ashley Bolton), Angie Zachary and Katie Holt (Eric Holt); her great grandchildren, Aaron Fort, Wesley Fort, Carson Bolton, Porter Bolton, Braxton Ware, Ava Bolton, Karlee Phillippie (Austin) and Brynn Holt; and her great great grandchild Easton Phillippie.
As this is a healthcare facility, all guests attending the service will be required to check in at the front desk of Coble Creek and wear a mask while in the facility.
