He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Eugene and Eva Reece Hawk; his former wife Annie Lee Brown Hawk; and his stepson Eugene Lamb. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Ingle Hawk; his stepson Leon E. Apple (Karen M. Apple); and his grandson Nicholas E. Apple.
