He is survived by: his wife Ann Miles Harvey; his children, Melissa "Sam" Kerns and Harold "Pudgy" Harvey, Jr. (Angie); his grandchildren, Molly Kerns, Emily Shoop (Eric), Conner Kerns (Savannah), Mallory Paulson (Luke), Chase Strange (Emily) and Maddi Harvey; and his great grandchildren, Charlee, Russell, Emmett Shoop, Hazel, Dax Kerns and Sunday Strange.
His contributions to his congregation were valued, and his steadfastness in faith was a source of inspiration to many.
