She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Pinkney and Ella Martin Barker; her spouse Elver Whitt Apple; and her brothers, Jack, Billy and Gilmer Barker.
She is survived by: her sons, Jerry Ray Apple (Jean) and Kim Dale Apple (Brenda); her grandchildren, Craig Apple (Chris), Brian Apple (Christy), Valerie Apple and Brandon Apple (Chelsea); and her great grandchildren, Taylor, Tyler, Mason and Boone Apple. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
