It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hazel Mann Fortner of Burlington, North Carolina, who passed away on April 23, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Taylor "Bud" Mann and Myrtle W. Mann. She is survived by: her sister Mary R. Overman; and her former husband Jerry Fortner. She is also survived by five children, 19 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, one great great grandchild and many nieces and nephews.
