He is survived by: his wife Marjorie Sadler Turner; his children, Meredith Turner Everhart (Skip), Gregory Van Turner (Susan) and Bryan Sadler Turner; his grandchildren, Garrett Van Turner (Valerie), Hannah Grace Everhart, Emma Katherine Everhart and Allison Kate Turner; and his pet Jake. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 from 12:30 PM to 1:45 PM at the Lowe Funeral Home Chapel (2205 S Church St, Burlington, NC 27215). A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Lowe Funeral Home & Crematory (2205 S Church St, Burlington, NC 27215).
