He is survived by: his wife Wanda Truitt Small; his children, Ann Marie Small Brady (Michael), David Matthew Small (Theresa) and Tracy Small Cheek (Brandon); his grandchildren, Taffany Howell, Tevin Cheek, Tyler Small, Megan Small and Ashlynn Cheek; his great grandchildren, Payton, Kamille, Kingston, Princeston and Oaklynn; his siblings, Sandra Small, John Small (Glenda) and Terry Small (Julie); and his nephews, Jerry Small and Ed Small.
