He was predeceased by: his parents, Nathaniel Gibson and Mary Frances Gibson; his wife Elinda Faye Walker Gibson; and his sister Cathy Gibson Millner (Sue). He is survived by: his sons, Michael Patrick Gibson and Gerald Rodney Gibson; and his brothers, John Nathaniel Gibson (Gwendolyn), George Henry Gibson (Nancy) and Marvin Lee Gibson (Linda). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and special friends.
