It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Edward Goldstone of Burlington, North Carolina, born in Windsor Locks, Connecticut, who passed away on December 22, 2022, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Goldstone and Mary Goldstone (Chapman); and his brother Albert Goldstone. He is survived by: his wife Anne Goldstone (Savenko) of Burlington, NC; his daughters, Valerie Savenko (Michael) of Virginia and Laura Whitney (Steve) of Idaho; his stepdaughter Deborah Cosker of South Carolina; his grandchildren, Naomi Aldrich, Maya, Eli and Ava Whitney; his sisters, Mary McDonald, Barbara Asselin and Elizabeth Jenner; his sister-in-law Suzanne Goldstone of Connecticut; and his friend Paul Langevin.
