He was predeceased by: his parents, James Ivan Woodruff and Maude Johnson Woodruff. He is survived by: his wife Carol Talley Woodruff; his sons, James Kelly Woodruff (Leigh Ann), Thomas Lynn Woodruff (Tracey), William Bradley Woodruff and Christopher Kyle Woodruff; his grandchildren, Lindsey Woodruff Eubanks (Ryan), William Smithdeal Woodruff, Joseph Kelly Woodruff, Mary Margaret Woodruff, Matthew Charles Woodruff, William Kenneth Woodruff, James Alexander Woodruff and Kathleen Grace Woodruff; his great grandchildren, Noah Thomas Eubanks and Amelia Reese Eubanks; and his sister Betty Woodruff Brown (William Dwayne). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
