He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Curry and Elizabeth Richmond Curry; and his brothers, Leon, Calvin "Kurt" Curry and Larry Donnell "Cotton" Curry (Nellie C. "Mack" Kirkpatrick).
He is survived by: his wife Peggy Robertson Curry; his children, Jeanette Allen (Marvin), Rev. Jimmie L. Curry Jr. (Melodie), Karena Coleman (Corey), Kendra Stone and Kenneth Stone Jr.; his sisters, Wythenia Curry Burnette and Debra Curry; his grandchildren, James Williams Jr., Jada Williams, Keishara Curry and Jonathan Curry; his sisters, Ariyah Stone, Jaylen Coleman, Naelee Stone, Kamille Coleman, Kyzaiah Stone and Saidee Stone; and his great grandchildren, Kaiden Williams and Jaiden Williams. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
