He is survived by: his wife Jean Smith Perkins; and his children, Jimmy Journigan (Belinda), Melville Journigan, Connie Rominger (Mike), Faye Smith (Tripp), Jeremy Journigan (Jennifer), Dane Journigan and Kennady Crisp. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren; one great great grandchild and two sisters.
