It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jo Ellen Milligan of Burlington, North Carolina, born in Alamance, North Carolina, who passed away on December 22, 2022, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Tunstall and Edith Morton Tunstall; and her sister Rita O'Neal. She is survived by: her son Jack Milligan (Priscilla) of Renton, WA; and her grandson Monster.
