He was predeceased by: his parents, Kelly Lee Tickle and Lillie Lula Farmer Tickle; and his siblings, Ann Stone and Grady Tickle. He is survived by: his wife Yvonne Tulloch Tickle; his children, Sam Tulloch, Abby Hodges (Kevin), Andy Isley (Grayson), Nikki Presnell (David Hutchins), Joel Millikin and Shannon Hardy; his grandchildren, Kylee, Mia, Mackenna, Lily, Dorothy, Evelyn, Marissa, Connor, Stephanie and Justin; and his great grandchildren, Kristianna and Peyton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
