He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Fannie Currie; his wives, Annie Mae Jones, Peggy Ann Jones and Renate Jones; his brothers, Hodge Jones and Thomas Jones; his children, Ronald Joe Jones, Michael Darryl Jones, Sandra Kay Campbell and Beverly Lynn Arnaud; and his aunt Annie Mae Bumpass.
He is survived by: his siblings, Mary Alice Trapp, Joshua Jones Sr. (Gayleatha), Benny Lewis Jones and Robert Earl Jones; his daughters, Wanda Hughes (Gerald), Rachelle Adams, Kimberly Jones, Cheryl Jones-Johnson (Jesse), Angela Jones (Michael), Crystal Blakney and Sabrina Jones; and his close friend Rosa Cates. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives, friends.
