He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom Gerringer and Alice Gerringer; his daughter Angela Wells; his grandparents, Roy, Effie Tall, John and Sallie Gerringer; and his brothers, Wayne Gerringer, James Gerringer, Robert Gerringer and Don Gerringer.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Sutton Gerringer; his children, Chris Wells, Corey Hensley, David Wells, Jr., Krystin Hensley and Connie Gerringer; and his brother Phil Gerringer (Leonard Gerringer). He is also survived by five grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
