He was predeceased by: his father Ralph Monroe Turner. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Trollinger Turner; his mother Helen Dallas Turner of Burlington; his children, DeAnna Michelle Sohn (John) of Raleigh and John Ralph Turner (Margaret) of Greenville; his grandchildren, Nate, Sam Turner, Alex, David and Alyssa Sohn; and his siblings, Gayle Riley (Thomas) of Mebane, Larry Turner of New York and Darrell Turner of Burlington.
