Rivers (Cale Tart) of Clinton, NC; his stepchildren, Claire Purdy (Scott) of Waxhaw, NC and Cord Finley (Naomi) of Manasssas, VA.; his grandchildren, Logan E. Speaker (Christopher), Spencer K. Rivers-Dutcher (Krystal), Jordan C. Smith, Lucas R. Brow, Oscar M. Brow, Julian S. Brow, Ellis M. Dunn, Alex Purdy (Andrea Anderson), Audrey Purdy Allen (Andrew), William Purdy, Nikko Finley and Neal Finley; his great grandchildren, Tripp, Grady Speaker and Mia; and his niece Beth R. Travis. He is also survived by his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
