He was predeceased by: his mother Antonia Rodriguez; his grandparents, Antonio and Marina Rodriguez; and his siblings, Rosa and Fidencio Rodriguez.
He is survived by: his children, Francisco, Joel David, Ricardo, Alejandra and Luz Marina Rodriguez Rodriguez; his grandchildren, Keyla Esmeralda, Naydeline Alejandra Cerritos Rodriguez, Helen Lizbhet Herrera Rodriguez and Liam Daniel Rodriguez Zubia; the mother of his children Maria Concepcion Rodriguez; and his siblings, Albino, Manuel (Emma), Jose (Lourdes), Jesus (Drema), Nora and Mayra.
Visitation was held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Rich & Thompson Funeral & Cremation Service (306 Glenwood Ave, Burlington, NC 27215).
