She is survived by: her husband Richard Carlisle Haworth; her daughters, Kimberly Ward (Ryan) and Lara Gopp (Dan); her stepchildren, Cheryl Wyrick (David) and Carlisle Haworth (Judy); her grandchildren, Ethan Ward, Tyler Ward and Abigail Reiser (Jeb); her sisters, Kay York (Steve) and Debbie Hill (A. P.); Kathryn Wyrick, Caroline Wyrick, Elizabeth Wyrick, Murray Haworth and Mazie Haworth. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
