She is survived by: her children, Randy Loy (Ann), Joe Loy, Sr. (Deborah) and Cynthia Blalock; her grandchildren, Crystal Thompson, Paul Loy, Joe Loy, Jr. and Ryan Blalock; her great grandchildren, Lilly Loy, Gavin Loy, Dominic Loy and Raigan Loy; and her siblings, Mary Ann Qualls and Wade Cobb.
