We are sad to announce that, on May 18, 2020, at the age of 76, June Smith Wilkerson Van Riper (Burlington, North Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Procter A. Smith and Alva Wilder Smith. She is survived by: her sisters, Dixie S. MacDonald and Carol S. Longest (Edmond); and her nephews, Charles Scott (Nancy), Scott Longest, Stuart Longest (MaryLynn) and Douglas Longest (Wendy). She is also survived by ten great nieces; and seven great nephews.

Because of her love for helping others, in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Feed More, 1415 Rhoadmiller St, Richmond, VA 23220.
