It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lanalisa Jones of Burlington, North Carolina, who passed away on December 30, 2022, at the age of 41, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Quijardis S. Mitchell and Cornelia Goode Mitchell. She is survived by: her daughter Juziah Monet Wade; her brother Antown Donnell Cherinow of Manassas; her aunts and uncles, Harold Peaks (Roslyn), Toby Miles (Kathia), Valerie Clayton (Charles) and Toni Durden; her great-aunts, Doris Ann Goode of Hinesville, Georgia and Peggy Beasley of Durham, NC; and her cousin Shonte Ireland. She is also survived by other loving relatives and close friends.
