He is survived by: his mother Vivian Echols Smith; his wife Tammy Jennings-Smith; his children, Hannah Smith, Toni Campbell, Tajah McLaughlin and Uniquia Hester; his grandchildren, Madison, Isaiah, Leah, Millyonah, Jayla and Ja-Kira; his brothers, Christopher Barry Smith and Todd Grayson Smith; his uncle Fred Echols (Carol); and his nephew Christopher Scott Smith.
