He was predeceased by: his parents, Nathaniel Monroe Lowe and Inez; and his brother Tom Lowe. He is survived by: his wife Pamala Rudisill Lowe; his children, Shane Lowe (Janelle) and Mereth Alexander (Curtis); his grandchildren, John Alexander and Lily Alexander; and his sisters, Diann Johnson, Wanda Howell and Sherry Vogler (Dale). He is also survived by extended family and lifelong friends.
