She was predeceased by: her parents, Hugh McAlpin Vann, Jr. and Gladys Moore Vann; and her brother Hugh Vann. She is survived by: her husband William Danner Dyer; her children, John Knowles Dyer II (Megan) of Boston and Courtney Dyer Jones (Toby) of Burlington; her grandchildren, Halden Dyer, Delaney Dyer, Jack Dyer and Ava Jones; her brother David Vann (Faye) of Sanford; and her close friend Judy Denby. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
