He is survived by: his children, Lisa Slaughter (Donald) and Pratt Maynard (Angie); his grandchildren, Pratt Lee Maynard, Cory Maynard (Morgan) and Katelyn Slaughter; his great grandchild Grant Lee Maynard; his sister-in-law Linda Maynard; his nephews, Brian Maynard (Angie) and Troy Maynard (Laura); his stepsons, Mark Jones and Gary Sherman (Joan); and his stepgranddaughter Andrea.
