He is survived by: his sons, David Blackwell and Stephen Blackwell; his daughter-in-law Tina Slade Blackwell; his grandchildren, Tiffany Blackwell, Jennifer McDaniel, Jeremy Blackwell, Christopher Blackwell, Kaitlyn Bullington and Elizabeth Brown; his great grandchildren, Kala Everhart, Carlyn Everhart, Chole Joyce, Karaline Blackwell, Lydia Bullington, Ashley Tomchick and Christopher Brown; and his great great grandchildren, Isabelle Brown, Oliver Brown and Caius Everhart.
